Short description

As Interim Cash Management Specialist, you will provide temporary support for cash management and liquidity operations across multiple countries in Europe. This assignment is suited to a hands-on treasury professional who can quickly add value in a fast-paced, international environment and help maintain the effectiveness of regional cash management during a transitional period.

Tasks

Managing daily cash operations, including cash positioning, forecasting and reporting.

Managing and optimizing cash pooling structures to support the efficient use of funds across the region.

Administering the in-house bank, including intercompany funding, settlements and reconciliations.

Ensuring adequate liquidity and compliance with internal policies, external regulations and controls related to cash operations.

Improving and harmonizing cash management processes across European countries, including the preparation of management reports and contribution to forecasts.

Ideal Interim Cash Management Specialist

You are a hands-on treasury professional who combines accuracy, analytical thinking and sound judgement with a practical, results-oriented approach. You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field, extensive experience in treasury or cash management, and knowledge of cash pooling and in-house banking. You are highly skilled in Excel, experienced with SAP, treasury management systems and financial software, and fluent in English. Diplomatic communication and confidence working with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment are essential.

The role reports to the Group Treasurer and works across several countries within a multicultural and multinational environment.

Remuneration and Process

The role requires at least two days per week in the office. It will be an assignment of 3 months, which could be extended. The candidates hourly fee will be around € 80,- per hour.
