Interim Treasury Manager 6 month contractPE Backed Unicorn FinTech£500-£550 per day (inside IR35)I am exclusively partnered with a PE backed Unicorn FinTech, who are experiencing hyper-growth phases after successfully introducing a new-range of products for their customer base. We are now looking for an Interim Treasury Manager to support the Director of Treasury for a 6 month contract where you will take ownership of Treasury, Liquidity, Forecasting and Risk Management. Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of the organisation’s treasury forecasting and liquidity planning processes across both short and longer-term horizonsManage and update the forecasting, models and methodologies to support effective treasury planningProvide commercial analysis to support business growth, new initiatives and strategic decision-makingLead the liquidity and capital management across multiple entities, currencies and wider areas of the businessProvide recommendations on appropriate liquidity levels, funding requirements and capital allocation whilst delivering on monthly and quarterly treasury management reportingMonitor, assess and manage foreign exchange and interest rate exposures across a multi-currency environmentDevelop, implement and oversee appropriate hedging strategies and risk management. Work closely with banking and external financial partners to optimise transaction execution.Partner with Finance and wider commercial/operational teams to assess the treasury implications of new products, initiatives and business opportunitiesSupport senior decision-making through details scenario analysis, sensitivity modelling and forward-looking financial insightAbout You:Strong Treasury experience with over 6 years experience within liquidity, capital management and forecasting/planningExperience within Financial Services, with a strong preference in PE/BC backed scale-up environmentsExcellent knowledge of cash forecasting, capital management, financial risk management and related regulatory requirementsAble to work in fast-paced environments and excellent communicator with experience in dealing with challenging stakeholders
