Interim Treasury Operations Manager, 6-month contract, W.F.H & Cambridge Interim

This is a great project driven role for an experienced Treasury Operations Manager to work on a variety of treasury aspects including daily liquidity and debt payments. It requires the ability to supervise and have good attention to detail as you will be reviewing features such as debt payments.
Key Accountabilities:
Daily Liquidity Process

Oversee the bank reconciliation/variance versus forecast
Ultimate responsibility for relevant days dealing activities
Compliance with payment controls

Debt Payments

Supervise and review debt payments to ensure they are in line with counterparty and SSIs are correct
Ensure compliance with CTA
Streamline current process

Market Data

Embed new daily process for checking market data working with Treasury Systems Accountant.

KYC and Counterparty Reviews

Ensure KYC process is running properly for relevant counterparties.
Manage counterparty review process with the graduates in the team.
Ensure MiFID compliance.

System Upgrades

Facilitate system testing for both City Financials and Bottomline ensuring that Treasury is always using the latest available versions.
Ensure PGP encryption is integrated and working at all times

EMIR/Trade Compliance

Trade checklists and confirmations appropriately circulated/approved in system.
Documentation appropriately filed and wet-signed copies sent back to counterparties.
Reporting to DTCC repository for all new derivatives.

Pensions Invoicing

Ensure that receipts and payments for the pension scheme are appropriately identified, instructed and settled.
Co-ordinate the financial reporting of the Trustee with financial control and the Treasury Operations Associate.
