NFE is searching for a Junior Treasury Analyst to ensure that the organization maintains adequate daily liquidity at all times and to be responsible for the daily management and enhancement of the core treasury functions. The Treasury Analyst will interface on a regular basis with a number of internal and external stakeholders, including NFE’s accounting, financial and operational management teams as well as external banking and financial partners.
What you will do:
Fund accounts in advance of pay runs processed by the AP team.
Maintain and update Treasury Dashboard to support weekly liquidity reporting
Conduct bank account administration; facilitate domestic & international banking documentation, account openings/closings, and banking resolutions
Prepare daily cash position
Implement SOX compliant efficiencies to improve the operations of the department
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Company
What you bring:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or MIS preferred
2+ years of experience in relevant or similar roles, including accounting or finance, preferably in treasury
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required: pivot tables, v-lookups, etc
Strong analytical and communication skills
Spanish fluency preferred
