Ensure the Group credit facilities (e.g. project finance, RCF, bonds, shareholder loans, etc.) are at any point in time accurately recorded in the Treasury Management System Gather financial statements, ensure compliance to financial covenants, information undertakings and KYC Ensure timely re-registration of Notes under bond financings Prepare inter company cash call notices & repayment notices Ensure timely rate set, debt servicing & payment of financing-related costs (e.g. agency fees, MII)
Support the team to ensure continuous compliance with OTC derivatives regulations across several jurisdictions Ensure proper recording of the transactions in the Treasury Management System & timely payments
Support the team in relation to the issuance, amendment and termination of trade finance instruments, i.e bank guarantees, stand-by letter of credits & commercial letters of credit Ensure proper recording of the transactions in the Treasury Management System & timely payments Prepare regular reporting on the trade finance activity
Importing the daily transactions of the treasury system into the accounting system. Coding unallocated payments received and direct debits in the accounting system. Regular monitoring and maintenance of inter company loans resulting from cash pooling activities. Issuing bank reconciliation between Treasury Management and accounting systems. Perform other job-related duties as assigned
