For more information: mn8energy.com.Position Overview:The Treasury Cash Management Analyst responsibilities include managing the daily cash operations of the company, managing the liquidity forecast of the company, assisting in analysis for Senior Management, and liaising with banks and other counterparties on Cash Management-related activities. The position will report to the Treasury Supervisor and will lead work collaboratively to support Cash Management needs across the company. She/he will be partnering with other key business partners to help ensure the efficient and accurate management of funds and reporting. She/he will partner with the organization in an effort to continuously improve the efficiency of the team, data collection and reporting process for Treasury deliverables.The Treasury Cash Management Analyst, you will:Coordinate and assist in the management of daily cash operationsSupport 13-week and 12-month liquidity forecasting for the companyExecute flow of funds for complex financial transactions, including tax equity fundings, acquisitions of projects, and other transactionsCoordinate amendments, cancellations, and issuances for letters of credits and surety bonds to support company operationsSupporting ad-hoc analysis related to our Cash Management activitiesInterface with banks and other counterparties to efficiently manage payment and financing needsCollaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate recording of financial transactionsCollaborate with other departments to respond to inquiries from internal and external partiesEnsure adherence to internal controls for SOX compliancePerform other ad hoc tasks as requiredOur Ideal Candidate Will Have:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline requiredMinimum 3 years of financial expertise in the area/s of cash management, contract administration, FP&A, or related fieldDemonstrated expertise in Excel, including complex financial analysis, reporting automation, and VBA-based process improvementsStrong qualitative and quantitative analytical skillsCommunicates effectively, both orally and in writingMust have demonstrated hands-on approach and success in working in team-based environmentResponsive; able to integrate and balance priorities, work activities and resources for the benefit of multiple key stakeholdersActive learner with the ability to enhance personal and professional growthFamiliarity with FIS Integrity or other treasury management systems used for cash positioning, forecasting, and bank account management is a plusHow We Set You Up For Success:At MN8, we cultivate a culture of equity, through transparency and accessibility, where everyone thrives.
