The Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations will play a key role in the transformation of the
function into a world-class Treasury team recognized as valued business partners throughout the organization, and as a leading function by our banks and external peers.
This is a hybrid role of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in the office at Franklin Lakes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Cash forecasting and liquidity optimization
Develop processes to measure bank performance
Manage counterparty exposure process
Develop and test the functions disaster recovery plan
Oversee daily cash position and liquidity needs for domestic and international bank accounts
Maintain relationships with financial institutions and other third party providers
Prepare management reports and performance measurement of treasury activities.
Maintenance and delivery of management reporting package, as needed
Develop and maintain compliance with treasury policies and procedures
Support Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance and audit testing
Provide Regional Treasury support as needed
Support special projects related to working capital initiatives
Prepare management reports and performance measurement of treasury activities
Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize treasury activities, automate functions and increase internal controls
Lead treasury projects depending upon resource requirements
Qualifications:
BS/BA in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred
3-5 years of experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with high proficiency in Excel required
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
SAP and Hyperion proficiency preferred
Continuous improvement mindset
CTP and/or CFA preferred
