As a Treasury Analyst, you will perform cash management functions, including initiation of outgoing wire and ACH transactions, administration and monitoring of domestic and foreign currency accounts, and improving the company’s overall cash management processes.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including adherence to internal controls
• Recording of monthly and quarterly accruals, including, but not limited to, income tax and T&E
• Recording to and monitoring of the company’s payroll liability accounts and reconciliation of the related clearing account on a monthly basis
• Recording of corporate and PM cash receipts / funding’s in the general ledger
• Invoice processing / data entry
• Assist with processing of wires and account transfers, as needed
• Assist with bank account maintenance for corporate and PM bank accounts
• Preparation of account reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts
• Cross train with A/P to assist and support in the daily AP functions
• Monitoring of the company’s intercompany accounts to ensure proper elimination in consolidation and reciprocation of all intercompany balances between Peak subsidiaries
• Assist with quarter and year end reporting as well as internal and external audit requests
• Complete other duties as assigned
