This critical role will play an integral part in Visas European Corporate Treasury team, managing activity for acquired entities including bank account management and working capital requirements balance sheet forecasting and preparation of funding plans.
This person will have key responsibility for management of the following end-to-end processes:
Integration of acquired entities into Visa Treasury systems
Management and set up of European bank accounts for acquired entities
Cash positioning for acquired entities
Managing funding requirements for entities
Ensure that Acquired entities adopt and adhere to all relevant Visa Treasury policies and Risk metrics
Responsible for accurate booking of treasury transactional activity and liaising with auditors and SOX compliance.
Developing and reviewing reports and analysis to ensure senior management are informed of treasury activity
Critical to success will be the ability to manage in a matrix organisation and close partnership with the Acquired Entities, Europe Risk, FP&A, Tax and Controllership teams.

Bank account management
Maintaining accurate records of European bank accounts
Management of Authorised Signatory registers and ensuring appropriate account access is maintained
Ensuring accounts are integrated within Visa systems
Opening and closing of bank accounts where necessary
Optimising Visas account structures where possible
Liaising with audit teams on bank account management
Update and maintain KYC with banking partners
Maintaining relationships with Visas banking partners
Ensuring daily funding is in place to support business working capital requirements
Managing FX needs as required
Optimise data flows ensuring that as much data as possible is automatically uploaded into the Group Treasury Cash Management system (Quantum)
Manage funding of subsidiaries to ensure cash is used efficiently and avoid trapped liquidity
Reporting on cash and investment portfolio to senior management
Capital and liquidity management
Supporting balance sheet forecasting and analysis activity
Create funding plans and coordinate requests for either capital or loans with Group Treasury colleagues
Support the analysis and execution of activity to ensure that entities maintain capital levels in line with Board Risk appetite
Establish dividend payment opportunities and execute as appropriate
Awareness and administration of Corporate Treasury risk metrics to ensure adherence with accepted risk framework.
Complete all RCSAs and act as a contact with the Risk function
Liaise with Director of Balance Sheet Management in the preparation of any Board related Treasury papers
