Job Title: Senior Finance and Treasury Analyst
Quick Quack Car Wash is looking for a highly driven Sr Finance and Treasury Analyst to join our rapidly growing organization. The Sr Finance and Treasury Analyst is responsible for identifying and implementing best practices and improvements in treasury operations, cash forecasting, day-to-day cash management operations and loan administration. This role will work closely with senior management and be an important cross-functional resource to the Quick Quack team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for primary cash management activity and treasury financial reporting requirements for management.
Prepares and publishes daily cash position reports.
Performs all cash management functions for multiple legal entities (e.g. balances, cash positioning, payment transfers (ACH/WIRES), intercompany lending, line of credit activity, documentation, investment activity, etc.)
Ensures compliance with reporting and financial covenants with a significant number of existing loan agreements.
Manages interest rate swaps.
Provides analytical support and analysis of the companys 401 (k) investment portfolio.
Participates in the management of the companys risk management and insurance programs.
Manages the reporting of intercompany transactions and balances.
Prepares the companys 13-week rolling cash forecast.
Works with the Accounting team to support daily cash reconciliations.
Leads the bank account administration functions such as opening/closing bank accounts, signatory updates, maintenance of bank account database.
Manages and controls multiple banking online portals and controlled access protocols for the company.
Analyzes and monitors bank fees and identifies unusual activity and researches to determine root causes.
Develops Treasury procedures and identifies opportunities for further process improvements and leverages technology to improve treasury processes.
Works with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Tax, Legal, Accounting, Development, and all areas of Finance to analyze and support Treasury-specific and broad corporate initiatives.
Applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures related to cash management standards and internal controls.
Supports the monthly close process, including analysis of cash and debt balances, and preparation of monthly reporting requirements.
Participates in the accounting cycles and meets stringent deadlines.
Implements changes in methods or procedures to improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Seven + years of experience in accounting or related field, significant accounting/treasury leadership experience in a medium to large complex companies.
Working Knowledge of Banking Software Applications.
Advanced knowledge of cash management and treasury practices.
Advanced knowledge of loan agreements and loan administration.
Advanced knowledge of risk management practices and insurance coverages
Competency in banking, current accounting regulations, and internal controls.
The candidate must demonstrate previous experience and success in influencing and driving change, projects, and programs across multiple organizations/functions.
The candidate must have strong communication (oral and written) and relationship building skills.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
