Job Summary:
Manager of team supporting global finance team for all capital markets activity and on-going maintenance of debt agreements. Primary contact for accounting, investor relations and legal with respect to debt capital structure. Responsible for oversight of liquidity model and related presentations to lead team and board of directors. Reporting to Global Treasurer, with responsibilities to the Global CFO.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Capital markets activity
Supports the CFO and treasurer on capital structure planning including capital raising and refinancing
Coordinates with Capital Markets bankers through the execution of transactions including review of legal documents, debt agreements, due diligence, KYC
Prepares internal memos and approval documents needed to execute transactions
Manages all on-going reporting responsibilities such as compliance certificates, budgets, and other reports for all debt agreements
Monitors capital markets and provides insights to senior management on market conditions
Cash flow forecasting
Collaborates with FP&A and accounting to prepare short and long term liquidity forecasts
Oversees treasury operations short term cash flow forecast
Synthesizes forecast for senior management presentations
Banking relationships
Main contact for our banking relationships
Leverages relationships to help troubleshoot issues that arise across the company with creditors
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of corporate treasury experience
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Mathematics preferred
Required Skills:
Strong managerial skills with multiple direct and indirect reports
Ability to successfully coordinate across multiple functions across the company
Excellent Analytical and modeling skills
Ability to work on stressful deadlines
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously across many cross functional groups
