Klarnas Treasury is responsible for providing Klarna with the right amount of funding and capital to grow at light speed at the same time as managing liquidity and financial risks. As part of a new team within Treasury you will work with regulatory intelligence providing expert judgement, advice and solutioning on the regulations that affect Treasury. The team will be responsible for driving Klarnas ICLAAP and recovery plans so you will also contribute to the development of the stress testing framework for capital and liquidity. We are hiring for several positions at different seniority levels and we are interested in candidates with different experience levels.
At Treasury you will work with
Interpret and efficiently implement relevant regulations on e.g. interest rate risk, currency risk, liquidity risk, counterparty and settlement risk
Delivering ICLAAP and recovery plans for the Group and subsidiaries
Developing our stress testing framework for ICLAAP and recovery plans
Delivering responses to ad hoc and ongoing information requests from supervisors and resolution authorities

You should have
You possess a university degree within business, economics or finance and have a strong interest in the financial markets and how they work.
6+ years relevant work experience in the financial sector and/or experience from authorities such as the Swedish FSA, the Riksbank or Swedish National Debt Office
Previous experience within regulatory interpretation e.g. CRR/CRDIV
Previous experience with ICLAAP and/or recovery plans is a plus
