The Senior Treasury Analyst will report to the Senior Treasury Manager and is an integral part of the Treasury team supporting domestic and international cash operations. The primary responsibilities will be bank account/bank relationship management, FX and intercompany settlements, resolving issues with payments and receipts, managing wire inputs, purchase/travel card program maintenance, and general treasury responsibilities, along with ad-hoc projects. In this position, you will be expected to work collaboratively with other Finance functions on various projects. You will help build the Treasury infrastructure in a growing business while still responding quickly and soundly to day-to-day needs.
Execute electronic payments and wires and provide cash accounting support for global cash management program
Prepare Treasury reports monthly
Prepare bank performance assessments and bank fee analysis including research/resolve any inconsistencies or errors
Maintain bank account lists, authorized signers, and bank contacts
Prepare bank documentation for account openings, changes, and closures
Assist with issuing of letters of credit, cash deposits, and escrow accounts
Prepare monthly accounting entries for debt
Adhere to internal controls and provide audit support for cash related activities
Maintain worldwide p-card program cards and accounts
Assist with the intercompany process by inputting all wires, ensuring timely & accurate settlement and coordinating accounting journals for transactions.
Manage back office settlements and wires for FX while coordinating set-up of new entities with counterparties and trading platform.
Support of Cash Forecasting process for Treasury
Coordinate with customer services for the various banking relationships for escalation of issues or new service rollouts
Support of acquisition integration for Treasury
Support static data set-up for on-going GTreasury workstation needs
Maintain and review all data in GTreasury workstation for accuracy and completeness
Input wires and manage all fund transfer templates in GTreasury workstation
Daily review of various GTreasury workstation job statuses on Accounting, Vendor, Currency, Payments and Prior/Current Day data files
Proficient in Office Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of banking processes and portals
General knowledge of accounting
Experience with international banking, cash management, financing and liquidity a plus
Experience with Treasury Workstation software a plus
3+ years of Corporate Finance experience preferred with exposure to International operations
Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance (or 5-7 years progressive experience)
