A dedicated role with the goal of providing high quality execution and implementation of complex treasury solutions for our clients across the entire organization through a high level and consistent client on-boarding experience.
This role will be required to have technical and working knowledge of treasury solutions and services with the ability to provide level 3 and 4 support and training for treasury solutions clients and bankers. This role would manage the current implementations and customer support processes for TM Products, including Business Electronic Banking, Positive Pay, Wire, ACH, Integrated Payables, Virtual Vault, Integrated Receivables/Lockbox, Wire, ACH, Information Reporting with BAI and SWIFT, and other TM products as developed and rolled out to our customers. This position is responsible for managing the work assignments and monitoring the quality of implementations and customer support processes to achieve the highest level of service possible.
This role collaborates and partners with sales teams, shared services partners, and business clients to understand specific business client needs and solution requirements. This position is responsible for the delivery of client centric treasury solutions and services that are scalable and sustainable. This position plays a primary lead role for complex treasury solutions and services including post-sale implementation activities, onboarding and training. The position serves as a technical expert resource along with supporting the development and training of treasury solutions for both internal and external clients.
QUALIFICATIONS: Combination of education and experience generally acquired through the attainment of a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (7+ years). Must possess demonstrated strong leadership skills along with significant experience within the banking industry with specific focus on treasury solutions. Certification in payments channel expertise is encouraged including CTP Certified Treasury Professional.
