What you’ll be doing:
The Senior Manager of Treasury will effectively lead the global risk management and cash management functions of the Company.
This position will be responsible for global insurance, capital markets, debt management, FX, and interest rate risk management activities and play a key role in meeting the companys capital allocation objectives. This role also provides leadership and oversight to the treasury operations team for cash management.
The successful candidate will have a strong proficiency in all areas of Treasury and have an interest and aptitude to execute on opportunities to eliminate, simplify, standardize and automate Treasury-related processes while maintaining Treasury policies and controls. The candidate will successfully partner with both internal and external customers to make informed decisions. The candidate must also be able to develop the Treasury team associates!
Responsible for Treasury Operations Group to provide strategic direction and develops measurements to supervise performance against KPIs.
Works to minimize global cash balances through the effective settlement of intercompany transactions and support of global cash movements. Maintains strong bank relationships while leading global banking structure. Monitors and supervises existing bank account services and signatories, including annual TDF reporting and bank KYC requests. Evaluates and recommends banking products, services, and platforms as appropriate.
Designs, executes, and implements hedging strategies aligned to global foreign exchange needs.
Supports the related reporting and disclosure of various FX instruments.
Drives the capital market efforts allowing for efficient capital structure and growth. Supports any renewal of the companys credit facility or debt issuance as vital.
Executes share repurchase program as the need arises.
Assists with M&A due-diligence process for potential targets, including synergy identification. Integrates targets within the Treasury framework on a timely basis.
Coordinates and ensures ongoing compliance with debt covenants and regulatory requirements. Supports quarterly SEC-related reporting.
Owns the design and execution of our global insurance program. Responsible for the annual renewal process for all global policies.
Leads the evaluation, structuring, and design of our captive insurance strategy.
Work cross-functionally with Tax, Legal, Corporate Accounting, and other key partners in support of overall company objectives.
Builds a climate where people are developed and motivated to do their best to support the organization.
Builds strong customer (internal & external) relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
Outstanding leadership qualities. Proven ability to build and lead high-functioning teams.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills.
Proven track record to identify issues, propose solutions, and take ownership, including follow-through on recommended solutions. Also, effectively lead sophisticated projects across multiple functions/subject areas and geographies with high standards and the utmost integrity.
Ability to execute with a very high level of accuracy in a time-sensitive environment.
Ability to construct financial and other reporting models to assess and report performance.
Excellent interpersonal skills in taking care of customers and business partners. Must have a customer service focus that builds and improves positive relationships within the organization and with external parties.
Strong Excel skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of domestic and international treasury experience in a multinational public company.
5 +years of supervisory/manager experience, preferably in a Treasury role.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
