As the organisation continues to expand in both volume and organisational sophistication, we are strengthening senior leadership within core finance operations to ensure scalable, controlled, and high-performing processes.The OpportunityAs Associate Director, Treasury & e-Payment Operations, you will take end-to-end ownership of a business-critical function spanning cash management, short-term liquidity, and high-volume e-payment operations. You will lead a dedicated team, embed robust operating structures, and drive continuous improvement in processes and systems to support the organisation’s rapid growth.This is a highly visible role with strong interfaces to Finance, Technology, and external partners. You will play a key part in ensuring reliable liquidity management and seamless payment experiences at scale in a fast-paced, high-volume B2C environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and further develop a team of approximately six professionals, building a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable environment.Own daily treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity oversight, and short-term cash flow forecasting.Ensure the smooth, secure, and scalable execution of e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C setting, maintaining operational excellence and customer experience.Strengthen compliance, risk management, and control frameworks across treasury and payment processes while preserving operational efficiency.Drive hands-on process and system improvements in close collaboration with Technology/IT and other stakeholders.Act as a key partner to Finance and Technology leadership on all matters related to cash, liquidity, and payment operations.Identify and implement opportunities to increase automation, reduce manual effort, and enhance scalability of the function.Contribute to the broader development of the finance operating model as the organisation continues to grow in complexity and volume.Candidate ProfileSubstantial experience (typically 7+ years) in Treasury and/or e-payment operations, ideally gained in a fast-paced, high-volume, or e-commerce environment.First leadership experience combined with a strong hands-on, “lead by example” mindset.Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.Practical experience working with ERP systems and payment platforms, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with Technology teams.A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a clear ambition to improve processes and build robust structures.Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a distinct advantage.What We OfferWe provide a comprehensive and competitive package designed to support both professional growth and personal well-being.
