Senior Treasury Manager | PE-Backed International BusinessLocation : UK ( Remote)Reports To: Head of Treasury and TaxHU1005 An exciting opportunity to join a private equity-backed international business as it builds and evolves its standalone global treasury function. Reporting to the Head of Treasury & Tax, this is a high-impact role combining treasury operations, transformation and strategic financing activities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead global cash management, liquidity forecasting and working capital reporting.Oversee banking relationships, cash positioning, intercompany funding and treasury operations.Support debt facilities, lender management, covenant compliance and refinancing activities.Manage FX and interest rate risk activities in line with treasury policy.Drive treasury transformation initiatives, including systems implementation, process improvements and banking infrastructure projects.Strengthen treasury controls, governance and reporting across a multinational organisation.Partner with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Tax and Legal stakeholders globally.Support and develop junior team members while helping shape the future treasury operating model.Ideal BackgroundProven corporate treasury experience within a multinational organisation.Strong expertise across cash management, liquidity, banking, debt, FX and treasury controls.Experience in a private equity-backed, leveraged, carve-out or high-growth environment is highly desirable.Professional treasury or accounting qualification (ACT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTP or equivalent) preferred.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-changing environment.Why Join?Opportunity to help build a best-in-class treasury function from the ground up.Broad exposure across treasury operations, financing, transformation and strategic projects.High visibility role within a PE-backed international business.Significant scope for career development and progression.
