The primary role of a Sr. Treasury Services Specialist is to provide lead operational support to external/internal team clients in consumer online banking services, serve as a utility for Treasury Management Services and provide additional coverage when needed.
Provide lead support to internal team members and consumer clients utilizing online banking services including but not limited to:
Work hand-in-hand with internal teams and department managers to ensure the customers have an outstanding and reliable experience.
Ensure that the implementation and delivery of products and services is completed within agreed upon SLAs, adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Customer training on product usage ensuring best practices are implemented.
Process requests for maintenance and modifications to existing products and services.
Assist with annual audit preparation and remediation processes.
Provide support via telephone/email to internal/external clients.
Assist with department projects such as acquisitions and new product offerings.
Create or modify, test and validate department procedures.
3+ years experience in the department with advanced knowledge of consumer online banking products.
Advanced knowledge/experience with customer service support.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Role requires sitting or standing in front of a computer monitor for prolonged periods of time in a fixed neck position.
Constant use of a computer or other office equipment resulting in repeating motions of the hands and wrists.
Light work that may include moving objects up to 20 pounds.
