Group Treasury holds the Group-wide mandate to maintain a strong balance sheet and manage all financial market exposures. We achieve this by embedding strategic insight and best in class execution of creative, value-generating and proactive structuring solutions. This role forms part of the Treasury Risk team, with a specific focus on overseeing Treasury risks and internal controls, including operational and financial risks and managing the risk register and risk forum. The role ensures Treasury activities are performed within the Group approved mandates and risk frameworks (counterparty risks against financial institutions, foreign exchange risks and interest rate risks).
