The Systems Analyst role reports to the Cash Verification Manager. The Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Kyriba data for the cash verification process, adding and/or changing current processes and formats. This position will be the liaison between the cash/treasury team and IT and provide scoping and mapping documents.
Essential responsibilities will include:
Implements process requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions.
Resolve and respond to problems or inquiries made from associates and Operations.
Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions
Lead various strategic projects, including communication to internal stakeholders as well as vendor partners.
Act as a key liaison between the cash/treasury and IT departments to provide continual support and updates to current and new processes/systems
Serve as backup for a variety of duties/functions in cash/treasury department
Provide ad hoc support for various projects as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience
Associates degree and 3 years of related experience.
Self-starter with a desire to learn and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as be a key team player with others
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate with multiple departments and across various levels of leadership within the organization.
Extremely organized and inquisitive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to develop and prepare key reporting that is insightful to business leaders.
Strong computer skills and intermediate level Excel skills
Detail oriented with the ability to complete work with minimal errors or corrections needed
