Technical Program Manager (FinTech Treasury) Full Time

• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• 5+ years of technical program management experience

FinTechs Treasury team builds applications and data stores for Treasury to manage liquidity and ensure controllership. Our data platform supports Treasurys goals to ensure global liquidity and controllership. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead initiatives for Amazons Treasury organization. You will partner with product managers, program managers, and end users to establish the roadmap alongside with the software engineer manager (SDM). The TPM will manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs and ensure successful program delivery. You will drive key decisions on architecture and system design, triage trade-offs, communicate and mitigate risks with stakeholders. The TPM will work closely with scientists and engineers and maintain clarity on product roadmap and timelines.
