Working in an open and supportive environment, to deliver outstanding results.Our people are our success, and we work as one team.Key ResponsibilitiesArrange bank guarantees, including rent guarantees and bid/performance bondsPrepare and review Treasury budgets and reportsSupport overseas funding and cash pooling activitiesMaintain interest rate records across jurisdictionsMonitor global bank charges and review control accountsAssist with daily cashflow, bank reconciliations, and balance reportingSupport sanctions, AML and tax reporting requirementsManage bank account openings, closures, mandates and online banking accessSupport audits (SAR client monies and internal audits)Assist with payment authorisations and client payment workflowsSupport international payroll paymentsMaintain Treasury documentation and global banking contact listsAssist with Treasury system and process improvementsAbout YouExperience & knowledgeStrong Treasury and banking operations knowledgeBackground in a law firm or professional services environmentUnderstanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules desirableSkillsHighly accurate with strong attention to detailComfortable working to deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentStrong IT skills; experience with Excel and Aderant advantageousClear and effective written and verbal communicationOur strength lies in our differences.We are a top Stonewall employer, a Valuable 500 member, a signatory of the Race at Work Charter and a proud partner of Neurodiversity in Law.
