About the Job
This executive leader is responsible for administering the treasury and investment function of Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH), reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BILH. Areas of responsibility will include:
Investment management and operations
Day to day banking and banking relationships
Pension plan administration
Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Primary areas of responsibility include:
Administer daily treasury operations and corresponding controls.
Administer investment management, coordinating Investment Committee recommendations, implementations and performance reporting.
Administer tax-filings, payments and related compliance.
Administer the issuance and continued monitoring of long-term and short-term debt, as well as, review/provide oversight of lease buy and other financing arrangements.
Administer preparation of annual budgets for pension, interest, banking and tax expense, as well as investment income.
Collaborate with HR to assist in administering the various pension plans and corresponding internal and external audits.
Responsible for long term capital planning for BILH.
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
Licensure, Certification & Registration:
CTP certification preferred.
10 years of progressive Treasury management responsibility in a leadership role.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Understand corporate parent treasury functions and investment operations.
