Interim Treasury Accountant London (Hybrid) 12-MonthsUp to 85k FTCPearse Portfolio are supporting an infrastructure firm in looking for a Treasury Accountant to join its Finance team on an initial 12-month contract, supporting a growing and increasingly complex debt and treasury function.This is a technical, hands-on role owning intercompany accounting and the accounting for a portfolio of external debt facilities. You will work across Finance, Tax, and Compliance in a fast-moving international business, with a high degree of autonomy and real ownership from day one.What you will doOwn intercompany accounting and balances, and project manage their documentation across Finance, Tax, and ComplianceAccount for external debt facilities: drawdowns, repayments, interest accruals, debt servicing, and arrangement feesHandle the technical aspects of IFRS 9 from a Group perspective, growing into hedge accounting and documentation over timeEnsure compliance of intercompany balances with external debt facilitiesAccount for short-term investments and act as Treasury point of contact for auditWhat you will bringQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or similar) with 2 to 5 years post-qualification experienceTreasury experience, or strong IFRS 9 exposure from another technical accounting backgroundComfortable handling large volumes of data with excellent attention to detailA confident self-starter used to managing external parties in a fast-paced, changing environmentProject-financing experience an advantageInternational business exposure preferred.
