Introduction to the team
The Treasury Accounting Coordinator performs basic treasury activities, expense management activities, and accounting and reporting for related entities leveraging resources to maximize productivity and deliver high quality service. This position reports directly to the Treasury Senior Manager and works closely with internal teams and other stakeholders to complete requests. This individual adheres to policies and procedures related to treasury and expense activities, accounting, and reporting.

Monitor and respond to daily treasury activity including wire requests, cash payments, reporting requests, vendor/ACH forms, and other miscellaneous requests
Perform basic expense management tasks, including reviewing expense reports, verifying adherence to firm policies with escalation as needed, and preparing training materials to support end users
Monitor and respond to daily requests for the Moss Adams Foundation, including matching donation requests and ad hoc reporting
For related entities, perform monthly and quarterly accounting activities within the ERP system and prepare quarterly and ad hoc reporting requests
Prepare the annual receipt letters and annual filings related to Moss Adams Foundation activity
Gain understanding of the root cause of a situation to understand best practices and identify process improvement opportunities
Associates degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service by processing transactions accurately and quickly with strong attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills to quickly establish rapport and build relationships with internal clients
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
This position may require some overtime hours
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%

The Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act , requires employers to disclose the pay range for job openings in Colorado. This is the typical range of pay for the position; however, actual pay may vary based on experience and skillset. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For more information about our benefit offerings and other total rewards, visit our careers page. Compensation Range for Colorado Only: $52,000 to $56,000.
