About this role:

OurTreasury Administrator is responsible for daily cash entries, check deposits, bank account reconciliations, electronic payments, and other Treasury tasks.

What you bring to the table:

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

Experience:

• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience in ERP system a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with little guidance.

Licenses/Certifications:

• CTP preferred, but not required.

What you will do:

1. Record daily journal entries for all cash accounts.
2. Reconcile bank accounts.
3. Assist accounting with journal entry inquiries.
4. Remotely deposit check receipts.
5. Report daily cash collections to senior management.
6. Initiate Accounts Payable electronic payments.
7. Initiate tax payments.
8. Open and close bank accounts.
9. Maintain bank account signors.
10. Maintain consolidated bank account document.
11. Respond timely to all bank inquiries.
12. Assist with corporate credit card program.
13. Upload daily check files and maintain check register.
14. Assist with audit requests.
15. Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Tax and other departments for various projects.
16. Back up for Treasury Analyst.
17. Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.
18. Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.
19. Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details.
20. Must be able to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis.
21. Perform other job duties as assigned.
