Broad Function and Purpose of Position: Manage, monitor, and approve the day to day cash activities and loan balances. Lead treasury projects for Sika and all subsidiaries. Maintain banking communications on inquiries, banking activities, and assistance for Sika and all subsidiaries.
Monitor and forecast the daily cash liquidity position
Address Cash and Bank account related queries
Oversee Intercompany Netting transactions and reporting
Administrate bank accounts, including bank signatories, new account openings for acquisitions, account closures and security administration
Lead automation treasury projects to improve efficiency for Sika and subsidiaries including testing and implementation
Implement new bank technologies, products, and services to improve cash cycle and simplify banking operations.
Approve and release all cash disbursements.
Report and monitor cash and loan balances daily
Monitor and calculate interest expense monthly
Develop and maintain foreign exchange forecasts
Execute foreign exchange, ACH and wire payments in support of Treasury
Assist in the preparation of materials and schedules for income tax payments and returns
Prepare and presenting treasury reports
Maintaining treasury banking systems
Monitor and analyze banking and credit card fees
Ensure all treasury processes and related internal controls are operating effectively
Special projects and various filing as needed
We Need Your Skills
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting with strong academic credentials.
5 to 10 years of professional work experience in Treasury, Finance or Accounting preferred.
Superior analytical skills and demonstrated ability to draw conclusions and/or summarize findings.
Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software is strongly preferred.
Strong relationship building and communication skills required to work with co-workers around the world and across all business levels.
Attention to detail, an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
