The Finance team operates across all business lines to maximise stakeholder returns. With approximately 80 members globally, the team represents a wide range of expertise and experience, servicing not only the UK, but also Continental Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.
Overview of the role
As the Treasury Analyst, you will report to the Assistant Treasurer and will provide analytical support with a primary focus on cash forecasting, liquidity management, foreign currency risk management and Treasury project-related work. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced and team driven environment.
Duties and responsibilities
Assist with cash management:
short-term and medium-term cash and liquidity forecasting, variance analysis, cash positioning and any necessary reporting.
Provide analytical support for evaluating strategic capital initiatives which include capital allocation, credit facility financing, seed capital and hedge programs.
Assist with monitoring and reporting of the corporate share purchase program.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly board meeting materials.
Help to identify, aggregate, analyze and report global currency exposures (e.g., cash flow and balance sheet items) by working closely with finance, accounting and business personnel throughout the company.
Assist in developing foreign exchange hedging strategies including risk assessment, performance reporting, and the evaluation of various hedging tools and techniques.
Act as an internal consultant to provide treasury service expertise as well as proactively identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
Assist with controls and governance as needed.
Ad-hoc analysis and financial modeling.
Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Technical skills and qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent field.
1-5 years of treasury experience that includes some exposure to global cash and FX management. Experience with treasury management systems is a plus.
Good working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Experience with financial reporting software (SAP, BPC, Hyperion or Oracle EPM) is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 – $75,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
