The Treasury Analyst 2 is responsible for the management and execution of the cash disbursement process and banking function of the company and its subsidiaries with a major focus on the monitoring and management of its cash liquidity.
What you will be doing
Monitor and Manage cash balances for each of the domestic and international bank accounts for company and its subsidiaries
Approve and Initiate all monetary disbursements for the company and its subsidiaries including cryptocurrency activities, utilizing detailed knowledge of all international banking rules and regulations for countries in which business is conducted
Manage supplier records with an emphasis on the identification of payment type, currency restrictions, tax classifications, and required tax documents
Manage the set up of bank accounts. bank routing rules and ongoing bank account maintenance in the accounting system
Determine structure of new bank accounts and maintain banking infrastructure
Work closely with banking institutions to mitigate fraud risk, settle discrepancies and assist with banking integrations
Perform monthly bank fee analysis to optimize interest, reduce bank fees and manage negative interest exposure
Participate in the cash forecasting process for the company and its subsidiaries and make funding recommendations
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hylands Information Systems Security Policy
What will make you successful
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience as a treasury analyst
Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Good collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Good facilitation and project management skill
Good interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
Good data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem solving skills
Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation new ideas and design solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with oversight

Up to 5% travel time required
Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $54,000 – $60,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits.
