The MENTOR Network is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury Department. A qualified candidate should be highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be comfortable working both independently and in a group setting whether remote or in person.
This position is remote and can be done anywhere in the US.
Daily cash management responsibilities including establishing the daily cash position, determine investing or borrowing needs, reconciling all prior day bank activity, and executing electronic transfers using bank software as needed.
Responsible for maintaining and updating all information within the Treasury Workstation, including the posting of all cash entries, updating automation rules, and ensuring the flow of information to field and corporate contacts.
Maintain Oracle Positive Pay functions as well as monitoring daily exceptions in CashPro.
Preparation of journal entries for month end closing.
Analyze monthly bank fees for accuracy and savings opportunities as well as provide monthly narrative
Provide monthly updates of investment/borrowing activity
Interacting and/or troubleshooting with internal and external parties as needed to resolve any issues related to Treasury.
Administer and maintain our remote deposit capture system.
Perform Treasury internal controls consistently and assist with internal and external audits of controls.
Assist in the year-end financial audit process.
Assist in the preparation and implementation of Policies and Procedures for the Treasury Department.
Preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash flow and other related reports and schedules.
Responsible for the opening, closing, and maintenance of all bank accounts.
Serve as backup for our P-card program as needed.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Bachelors degree or Associates degree working toward Bachelors with prior relevant experience in accounting or finance from an accredited college or university
1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with a solid knowledge of the accounting function.
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Must be highly collaborative and able to work in a team based setting
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel required
Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems
Experience with Treasury management systems and banking software such as Bank of America CashPro a plus
CTP certification a plus
