Treasury Analyst

Process outgoing wire and ACH transactions. In addition, performs a variety of tasks including Daily cash, merchant card reporting, analysis and accounting reconciliations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and reconcile daily credit card sales to bank to ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot any discrepancies and resolve with vendor, as necessary.
• Track and monitor credit card processor fees and analyze product mix.
• Review wire transfer requests for accuracy and validate authorizations.
• Process outgoing domestic and international wire transfer transactions in accordance with established policy and procedures.
• Process incoming wire transfers received through the Bank and ensure funds were received.
• Monitor account/transaction activity to identify potential fraudulent wire transfer requests.
• Perform research related to wire transfer investigations as requested by business units.
• Purchase foreign currency on international FX exchange as needed.
• Process outgoing ACH payment transactions in accordance with established policy and procedures.
• Perform callback verification to confirm transaction details and authenticity of transactions, as required.
• Perform daily reconciliations with the general bank and other banks, as required.
• Assist in the posting of entries and reconcile general ledger accounts associated with wire transfer and foreign exchange fees.
• Ensure Compliance regulations are being met.
• Ensure company credit cards are paid in accordance to due dates.
• Communicate both written and verbally with appropriate business units.
• Cross-train with return department daily duties.
• Create, review, and maintain procedure documentation of duties.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 to 2 years of experience
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Must be a detailed-oriented individual with strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Must be self-motivated and show initiative in new learning opportunities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Must have a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks on a continued basis.
• Experience with Digital Products.
• Experience within the financial services industry, preferably in banking.
• Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
