Treasury Analyst

THE ROLE

We are looking to add a Treasury Analyst to Oversee daily cash management process including managing and executing weekly wires. Provide operational support and analysis on cash management and debt positions. Provide analytical support relating to corporate finance.

YOUR TASK

• Manage company credit card accounts, monitor activity, and issue or cancel cards following compliance guidelines.

• Assist with weekly check run and ad hoc EFT transfers.

• Work closely with AP identifying opportunities to introduce efficiencies.

• Support treasury role in vendor-related activities.

• Update 13- week cash forecast weekly.

• Maintain debt and interest payment transactions roll forward schedule.

• Maintain all banking platforms, signature cards, stay in compliance with all bank requirements.

• Assure covenant compliance and proper documentation and administration of outstanding debt on a quarterly and monthly basis. Prepare and distribute all necessary compliance reports to a group of investors and banks.

• Prepare monthly Borrowing Base report.

• Initiate short-term/ long-term borrowing as required.

• Periodically review cash management process and recommend changes.

• Assist with annual insurance renewal.

• Perform additional financial analysis as needed.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or related field.

• Two – five years experience in finance related field, including 2 years treasury experience.

• Sound understanding of corporate finance, banking, accounting, and money management.
