Summary

The Treasury team is responsible for leading all aspects of PCI’s global liquidity. This includes cash management, payment processing, bank account management, cash forecasting, and management of debt facilities. The Treasury Analyst will contribute to the Treasury team by supporting the day to day operations, month end reporting requirements, and leading global Treasury initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and prepare global cash position reports to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Initiate electronic funds transfers, including confirmation and status updates on request.
• Participate in preparation of cash forecast for senior management.
• Prepare Treasury month-end close journal entries.
• Assist in preparing cash management reports for monthly reporting package
• Prepare global AR aging report on a bi-monthly basis to highlight abnormalities and help drive cash collection.
• Assist in bank account administration, including user access to online banking systems, and maintain documentation of global portfolio including signatories.
• Support audit requirements and reporting.
• Perform analysis of bank fee statements on a monthly basis.
• Support additional Treasury business processes and initiatives as requested

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of global treasury experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel/Modeling skills
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams, handling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and strong analytical and problem solving skills
