Treasury Analyst Permanent

Reporting directly to the Group Treasurer, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing FTSE business within the manufacturing industry.

The role will be responsible for the management of daily operations across the function, providing accurate reporting. There is also wider opportunity to be involved in projects.

Description

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing liquidity forecasting and weekly cash management cycles.

• Managing monthly netting and hedging processes.

• Providing weekly and monthly reporting on treasury activities.

• Delivering analysis for Group Treasurer on treasury related KPI’s and liquidity and FX forecasts.

• Providing ad-hoc support to Group Treasurer on Treasury related projects.

• Running year end accounting processes for the Treasury function.

• Support the Group Treasurer on more complex activities by using a wide variety of existing processes and procedures

• Collate and analyse data using pre-set tools, methods and formats.

• Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice

• Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports

• Assist with the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice

• Organise and prepare complex documents using a variety of computer applications such as Microsoft Office

Profile

• Strong team player and proven capability to work collaboratively
• Ideally hold, or studying towards, a professional Treasury qualification and have sound experience within a Finance or Corporate Treasury environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure to multiple deadlines
• Key attention for detail and analytical skills.
• Be able to confidently work independently with different tasks
