We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join the team and play a key role in supporting the growing treasury function.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Treasury Analyst looking to gain exposure to a fast-paced, technology-led business and develop their career within a rapidly scaling organisation.The RoleYou will support a broad range of treasury activities, including:Managing daily cash positions, liquidity and funding requirements.Monitoring and reconciling multiple bank accounts.Supporting payments, settlements and cash movements.Preparing cash-flow forecasts and liquidity reporting.Maintaining and improving treasury controls and processes.Investigating and resolving reconciliation and payment discrepancies.Supporting FX and liquidity management.Producing treasury reporting and management information.Working closely with Finance, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams.Using and maintaining the Treasury Management System (TMS) to support cash visibility, forecasting, payments and treasury reporting.Supporting the implementation, development and optimisation of TMS functionality.Identifying opportunities to automate and improve treasury processes.Supporting the treasury function as the business continues to scale rapidly.About YouWe are looking for someone who is analytical, ambitious and commercially minded, with:Previous experience in treasury, banking, payments, fintech or financial services.Experience using a Treasury Management System (TMS).Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity and payment processes.Excellent Excel and data-analysis skills.Strong attention to detail and a robust control mindset.Ability to analyse large datasets and communicate findings clearly.Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.A genuine interest in technology, automation and improving treasury processes.Why This Opportunity?This is not a traditional Treasury Analyst role.You’ll be joining a PE-backed fintech at a pivotal stage of its growth, with the opportunity to work within a sophisticated and evolving treasury environment.You’ll gain exposure to TMS optimisation, liquidity management, cash forecasting, payments and wider treasury transformation, while working closely with senior Finance and Treasury stakeholders.As the business continues to grow, there is genuine scope for career progression, increased responsibility and long-term development.London | PE-Backed | High Growth | Fintech | TMS | Treasury Transformation | Career ProgressionApply now to find out more.
