Our Treasury team makes sure it moves correctly, on time, and to the right place, across multiple banking partners. When you’re buying and selling homes at this volume, cash management stops being routine and becomes a real operational discipline.We’re looking for a Treasury Analyst to own the day-to-day cash position, keep our bank accounts and portal access in good order, support wire and transfer activity, and help build the reporting the broader finance organization relies on.This role is built for someone early in their finance career who wants to go deep. Prior treasury experience is not a requirement. You do need sharp attention to detail, comfort working inside the controls of a public company, and real curiosity about doing things better than they were done last quarter. A lot of our current process still lives in spreadsheets, and we’d like your help changing that. You’ll learn directly from a small, senior team, and there’s genuine room to grow into the capital markets and lending facility side of the business if that interests you.What You’ll DoMonitor daily cash balances and maintain our cash position across all bank accounts and banking partnersPrepare regular treasury reports for the broader finance organizationSupport automation initiatives for Treasury systems, including bank APIs and AI-assisted workflowsBuild and maintain Treasury analytics and dashboards, identifying opportunities to streamline manual processesWrite and run SQL queries against Snowflake to pull and reconcile cash, wire, and bank account dataPrepare daily and weekly cash forecast updatesManage user permissions within banking systems, including issuing and modifying accessEnter and approve wires as needed for operationsProvide backup for intercompany/book transfersMonitor and uphold financial policies and procedures in accordance with SOXPerform other duties as required to support the Treasury and Capital Markets teamsWhat You’ll NeedExperience in finance, accounting, banking, treasury, or capital markets roles.Exceptional attention to detail, and the judgment to know when something looks offComfort operating in a controlled environment where process exists for a reason, especially when the dollar amounts are largeStrong written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and external banking partnersThe ability to juggle several systems and deadlines without dropping anything, and to work independentlyGenuine curiosity about automation and process improvement, and an interest in using modern AI tools to cut manual workA desire to build real treasury expertise on the jobBonus pointsPrior treasury or cash management experienceExperience with bank portals at major financial institutionsExperience in a SOX-compliant or public company environmentFamiliarity with SQL, Snowflake, or BI and reporting toolsExperience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to automate reporting or build workflowsInterest in debt facilities, securitizations, or capital markets operationsLocationThis role is based in one of our offices, in-person four days per week.
