Mission:

As Treasury Analyst you will report to the Director of Treasury & Financing and be part of the Louvain-la-Neuve HQ team taking care of cash management, corporate & project financing and contractual risk management activities for the whole IBA Group.
We are looking for a passionate professional (working full time or part time-4/5) with a high motivation to learn and to contribute to IBAs development and mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contractual risk management and business support:
  • Run credit and compliance checks on international prospects/customers and other stakeholders
  • Implement risk mitigation solutions (including credit risk insurance, letters of credit and bank guarantees)
  • Support the implementation of FX risk management strategies
  • Monitor identified risks and prepare internal & external ad-hoc reportin
• Financial support of local entities (currently 20+ entities mostly in Europe, Asia and the Americas):oOpen and manage bank accounts and define the governance for new legal entities
  • Deploy cash reporting and payment processing tools across the group
  • Assess and implement cash pooling arrangements
  • Provide support to the local entities as needed
• Cash management and cash flow forecasting:
  • Implement cash management solutions (loans, equity) in function of group entities funding requirements
  • Prepare reconciliation and variance analyses of group cash flow forecast
• Customer financing solutions: support the development and implementation of tailor-made solutions
• Resilience and efficiency of the group treasury function:
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of improvement projects (including tools and processes)
  • Act as back-up for key treasury-related responsibilities

You have:

• A master in Finance, economics, management or business engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in a treasury or banking function
• An experience in an international environment is a plus
• An excellent knowledge of English and French (any other language is a plus)
• A very good operational command of Excel (knowledge of SAP is a plus)

And you are:

• Eager to learn and proactive
• Flexible and stress-resistant
• A good communicator, able to build a relationship of trust with internal and external stakeholders, locally and internationally
