Wise May are currently recruiting a Treasury Analyst to join a global Reinsurance company based in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Treasury professional to join a collaborative and high performing team, supporting global treasury operations across the business.This role will play a key part in ensuring treasury activities are delivered accurately and efficiently, whilst also contributing to ongoing transformation and process improvement initiatives.This is a temp to perm opportunity. The role offers a hybrid working pattern of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, and the hours are 9-5.Treasury Analyst key responsibilities:Processing domestic and international payments across multiple currenciesMonitoring daily cash positions and supporting cash management activitiesAssisting with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planningPerforming bank reconciliations and investigating discrepanciesSupporting FX transactions and treasury reportingMaintaining banking records and account administrationAssisting with month end, audit and compliance requirementsSupporting treasury transformation and process improvement projectsLiaising with internal stakeholders across Finance and Operations teams globallyTreasury Analyst key skills & experience:Previous Treasury experience, within the Reinsurance or Insurance sectorExperience of FIS IntegrityExperience managing payments, cash positioning or cash forecastingStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExcellent organisational and communication skillsA proactive and adaptable approachConfidence working with stakeholders across different teams and locationsThe ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team environmentCompany Benefits upon permanent employment:25 days annual leaveEnhanced parental leavePensionPrivate Medical InsuranceSubsidised gym membership
