This is a newly created role within our transforming finance organisation. We are looking to build a global treasury function that can support the global business, working closely with our shareholders and other stakeholders to maximise value. This role will support the Treasury Manager in delivering the treasury transformation programme and developing our existing treasury processes. As part of a small treasury team with global remit, the role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a broad treasury skillset and for further career development.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Support the implementation of the treasury management system (Kyriba)
Review and improve banking and cash management processes
Develop and implement a global process for executing foreign exchange transactions
Develop treasury KPIs
Partner with other teams across Finance and the wider business to deliver treasury initiatives successfully
Operate the in house bank including reporting and intercompany funding processes, following the TMS implementation
Produce and review regular treasury reporting
Admin role in banking and other treasury systems
Assess funding requirements of each market and update intercompany funding arrangements as required
Essential Skills & Requirements
Motivated to develop and improve business processes
Experience working in a finance role, either in a treasury function or with a clear demonstrable interest in treasury
Interest in finance systems and ideally experience using a treasury management system
Accounting/Treasury qualification or studying towards (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/ACT or equivalent)
Strong analytical skills
High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
