This position contributes to companys success by ensuring an efficient banking structure to support its global operations through overseeing operational and strategic projects. The Treasury Analyst will be part of all aspects of Treasury Operations activities. He supports Group Deputy Treasurer and back office on his activities. This includes assisting with the development of cash management banking solutions for all business segments of the company, will be in charge of treasury system administration and will manage treasury IT projects (Integrity, Trax, Fxall roll out) and various treasury management projects.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Contribute to the global cash management strategy and participate to Cash pooling roll out
Support global cash management, set up appropriate actions to reinforce cash centralization and any specific needs for internal financing
Manage treasury system projects: lead and support roll out of Treasury Management System; will be point of contact to Corporate IT and branches on these projects. Manage administration rights for e-banking systems
Support Americas entities in any treasury topics
Participate to the design and production of treasury management reportings (Cash forecasts; financial result; bank fees)
Evaluate new banking products and services
Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account, balance, bank/Treasury systems
Support on various ad hoc new treasury projects
The ideal Candidate should be motivated and must possess the following:
Masters degree in Finance or equivalent
5+ years work experience in treasury/cash management or banking field preferred
Strong experience in Treasury Management tools (notably Trax/Integrity) and project management
Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Team work, business oriented, result-driven, reactivity
Be flexible, have the ability to multi-task effectively and ensure timely delivery.
Full proficiency in English and French
