Under general supervision, support the Treasury organization for a variety of treasury, accounting, and credit related tasks in support of the treasury operation.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
35% – Performs a variety of functions related to movement of USA dollar and foreign currency funds transfer. Will assist with processing of payments globally, reporting, and analysis.
25% – Responsible for variety of ad-hoc analysis in support of global Treasury organization.forecast and prior periods.
15% – Credit analysis for Allied Van Lines, North American Van Lines, and Allied International Trade Receivables.
10% – Responsible for accruals and related balance sheet reconciliations for interest expense, cash management fees, and credit facility fees. Items also include variance or flux analysis for funds
10% – Responsible for maintaining a variety of compliance tracking schedules
5% – Responsible for preparation of a variety of schedules in support or in response to audits.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
Excellent spreadsheet skills including pivot tables and graphing
Good database management skills
Works independently with general supervision
Ability to exercise independent judgment
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in finance, business, or related field
1-5 years in a similar skill-set position
