The Treasury Assistant supports Finance and Operations by ensuring payments and receipts are processed accurately and timely. This role will work closely with Mox Boarding House (MBH), purchasing, fulfillment, CS, and finance teams. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that we are paying and receiving monies correctly. This role ensures our policy and systems are functioning correctly through daily monitoring and auditing. Working directly with the Director of Finance, this role will assist in preparation of documentation and workpapers for various cash disbursements and receipts. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and ability to solve problems with teams across departments. Most of the work is repetitive in nature as part of the function of transactional work and monitoring duties. The Treasury assistant must hit deadlines and have a high degree of accuracy.
