Sony Corporation of America (SCA) is seeking a Treasury Coordinator. The position will provide primary support for overall administration of bank accounts and online banking systems. This position requires someone with great attention to detail, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
This role will be on-site at least 2-3 days per week
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Global bank account administration functions
Open and close bank accounts
Establish and maintain online IDs, proper entitlement provisioning and account services
Maintain signatories and Officers / Directors at banks
Track and maintain accurate list in central repository
Compiling and filing all required paperwork
Process encashment requests
Bank Fees
Track, monitor and report monthly bank fees
Standardize services and reduce redundancies and fees where possible
Ensure proper billing/invoicing
Primary contact for addressing and reporting fraud items to internal resources
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation around current processes
Assist with Accounting & Audit requests
Assist with annual audit of bank accounts
Prepare invoices for payment
Complete annual FBAR submissions
Act as backup for Treasury Operations
Perform additional tasks as requested
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION
College degree preferred
2+ years related work experience preferred
Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
Proficiency with MS Office is required (especially Excel)
Strong interpersonal communications skills
Must have excellent verbal and written communication, computer, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be very detailed-oriented, able to prioritize duties and able to meet a variety of deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to take initiatives on their own
Must be authorized to work in the USA
