Opportunity for a Treasury Assistant to join a nationwide business
About Our Client
Page Personnel are working with a leading business, going through an exciting period of growth. They are looking for a Treasury Assistant to join their growing Finance Team.
The Treasury Team is a centralised function responsible for managing all payments, bank accounts, banking relationships and online banking platforms, ensuring sufficient cash is available to the meet day to day working capital needs of the business.
Treasury Assistant responsibilities include but not limited to:
Monitoring bank balances to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet working capital requirements
Validation and approval of over 800 payments and transfers a month across multiple countries, currencies and banking platforms
Conduct a quarterly review of bank users removing any leavers from the banking systems
Assisting the Treasury Manager with opening / closing bank accounts
Monthly review of bank guarantees and renewals and completing documentation for the bank as required
Preparing monthly Treasury KPIs
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will have:
Experience of working in a Treasury function – Desirable
Intermediate Excel skills – Required
Experience of working in a multi-country payments environment – Desirable
Experience of working within a fast-paced environment – Required
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships – Required
Good time-management and organisational skills – Required
