Treasury Business Controller – UK Flexible remote working options
CloudPays Treasury Services business is growing rapidly and identifying new ways to transform the way people get paid. This includes developing new products and relationships with innovative payment partners and building out a regulatory framework across the world.
As a result we are creating a new role of Treasury Business Controller. This role will report into the Group Controller and the General Manager of Treasury Services.
There will be opportunity to travel, in particular to Spain where a lot of the Treasury team are based.
The initial focus on supporting the implementation of financial controls and reporting (particularly for the regulated part of the business) alongside the development of new automated processes. It will rapidly evolve into providing analysis and insight into the performance of the business.

Attributes and Experience Required:
Proven experience in Financial Controls and Business Analysis reporting within a fast-growing Treasury Services or FinTech organisation.
Strong attention to detail with an investigative approach
Good stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
Solution driven, innovative, pace-setting and focused on results
Strong resilience and ability to handle problems and barriers in order to meet objectives
Proven commercial acumen
Advanced Excel and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence the business at senior levels
A self-starter with who can take an idea and develop it on their own
CIMA, ACCA Accountant
Bachelors Degree in Finance/Mathematical/Economics or Business Administration
A Treasury/Banking Financial Services background would be distinct advantage
Experience of NetSuite and Datarails would be beneficial.

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
Review, develop, standardise and maintain Financial Controls within the Treasury services processes in particular around the reconciliation of all FX and cash movements.
Design, develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards and KPIs for the management leadership team and board
Monthly Product performance analysis
Critical insight on trends and strategic initiatives
Use of Analytic & Business tools to extract operational and financial data effectively
Responsible for the calculation, analysis and reporting of Treasury Customer retention, churn, shrinkage, and growth
Supporting work to drive automation of billings
Working with Head of FP&A and the Group Financial Controller to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly variance analysis
