This is a great opportunity for a treasury professional who wants real ownership and visibility in a high-growth, multi-entity environment.About the role:This company operates a growing network of joint ventures and affiliated entities, and the Treasury Manager plays a central role in keeping the financial engine running — cash positioning, liquidity, banking relationships, and treasury operations across the entire portfolio.What you’ll own:Daily cash management and liquidity across a multi-entity, JV-heavy structureShort- and long-term cash forecasting, liquidity modeling, and executive-level treasury reportingBanking relationships — account setup/closure, signatory management, system access controls, and banking product optimizationTreasury support for new entity development, acquisitions, and JV integrations, including debt facilities and financing activitiesTreasury policy, internal controls, and audit supportProcess improvement and treasury technology/automation initiativesDirect supervision of Treasury Analyst(s), with growth potential as the team scalesWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CTP a plus)5+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or banking experienceStrong cash forecasting and liquidity management backgroundHealthcare, multi-entity, or joint venture experience preferredLeadership/supervisory experience preferredStrong Excel/financial modeling skills and comfort with treasury management systems and ERPsSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and can help drive process transformation, not just maintain the status quoWhy this role: This is a chance to build and shape treasury function maturity inside an organization that’s actively scaling — new entities, new markets, and new banking needs on a regular basis.
