OurCorporate Finance team sits at the centre of that: advising the CFO, supporting majortransactions, and keeping the financial engine running across a complex multi-entity structure —so that the business behind the mission is built to last.Job RequirementsThis is a broad, hands-on second-step role for someone who wants genuine exposure tocorporate finance topics early in their career — not a support function, but a seat at the table.You will work on financing, M&A, and portfolio decisions, while also owning recurring analyticaland operational workstreams. Every Adevintan has an impact; in this role, yours shows up in thedecisions that shape how we grow and invest.The team is small and the work is varied. On any given week you might be building a scenariomodel for a refinancing, stress-testing a cash flow forecast, or working through the mechanics ofan intercompany loan. You will be trusted to deliver with limited hand-holding and expected toask the right questions when you need them.What We Are Looking ForYou are three to five years into your career in treasury, corporate finance, or a related field —perhaps having started in a bank, Big Four, or in-house finance team — and you are ready for arole with more breadth and more ownership.You bring:- A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a quantitative field- A foundation in financial modelling and quantitative analysis; comfortable building andpressure-testing models in Excel- Initial exposure to treasury or corporate finance topics (cash management, FX, debt,M&A, or similar)- Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture- A direct communication style: you write and speak clearly, and you are not afraid to pushback or ask when something is unclear- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus- Familiarity with a TMS (e.g. FIS) and ERP (e.g. SAP) is a plus; experience with Power BIor a similar data visualisation tool is an advantageYou do not expect every process to be perfectly documented. You are pragmatic, takeownership of your work, and improve things as you go.Job ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will DoStrategic and transaction support- Support refinancing, M&A, and divestment analyses as transactions arise, includingfinancial modelling, due diligence coordination, and presentation materials for seniorstakeholders- Prepare scenario analyses and ad hoc financial analyses- Support preparation of reporting packages and analyses for the PE sponsors(Blackstone and Permira) and the board, including debt covenant compliance, KPIdashboards, and ad hoc requests around the capital structureCash and working capital- Contribute to and improve short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting across thegroup- Assist with working capital reporting and variance analysisTreasury operations- Support FX and interest rate risk management, including derivative valuations andhedging documentation- Administer intercompany loans: drawdowns, repayments, interest accruals, andcovenant tracking- Assist with day-to-day treasury operations: cash pooling, bank account management,bank guarantees, and trade finance across multiple legal entitiesJob BenefitsWhat We Offer- Market conform compensation package, depending on experience- Exposure to senior stakeholders from day one, on topics that matter- A lean, high-performing team where your work is visible and your development is takenseriously- The complexity of a multi-entity, multi-country platform business — without thebureaucracy of a large corporate- The chance to work for a company with genuine purpose: our marketplaces helpapproximately 120 million people each month make more sustainable choices- Amsterdam HQ, with a minimum of three days per week in the officeProcess- Candidates who meet the profile will be invited to a short introductory call, followed by twointerview rounds.- Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
