Job Description: As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expertise and guidance to the team on planning, directing, and executing marketing and communications specifically aimed at Fannie Mae’s investor and related market participants. The Investor Relations and Marketing team works across a variety of subject matters including Single-Family, Multifamily, Corporate Debt, and more, providing team members with a unique opportunity to engage across the company, acting in a strategic, consultative capacity. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Treasury – Investor Relations and Marketing – Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:* Promote enterprise products to investor customers.

• Manage investor relationships including coordinating and tracking activities, interactions, and communication impacting the investor customer or investor-facing products.
• Work with business owners to create and execute marketing strategies for products that are distributed to Fannie Mae’s investor customers.
• Develop strategies designed to build new audiences and scale to expand reach.
• Develop marketing and communications collateral to enable capital markets-facing traders and sales teams to connect with the investor community.
• Suggest, develop, and implement tools to support investor marketing in reaching and analyzing the investor customer. Work cross-functionally with enterprise marketing to align marketing channels and sales collateral with the enterprise brand.
• Support providing transparent data and disclosure to the market by collaborating with internal customers and support teams to design, update, and enhance Fannie Mae’s web pages.

Qualifications: THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMDesired Experience* Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal

• Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, and PR including marketing products, social media marketing, creating collateral, planning, and developing campaigns, managing the media, etc.
• Experienced in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
• Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
• Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
• Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
• Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Excel, or Tableau Tools
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience in Tableau is desirable.
• Experience using Google Analytics, SharePoint and Salesforce CRM, preferred
