Act as a backup for Advisor when out of the office.
Create accurate proforma templates and client presentations.
Participate in client calls with TM Sales Advisor including in person calls when appropriate.
Identify sales opportunities through needs based assessment, campaigns, prospecting, reviewing account analysis statements and marketing lists.
Review accuracy of monthly analysis statement; provide spreadsheet of select deals timely and accurately.
Manage small deals/cross sales independently.
Document all client conversations in Salesforce.
Use information to prepare and execute sales plan with Treasury Management Sales Advisor(s).
Work closely with Treasury Sales Advisor(s) and Relationship Manager(s) to understand the client’s business environment, strategies and industry to determine their requirements, identify potential new business opportunities and provide innovative solutions.
Prepare annual client relationship account structure analysis; review account analysis statements for additional sales opportunities; create client relationship reviews including product recommendations based on clients business and industry changes.
Coordinate and / or conduct product demonstrations for clients.
Utilize industry research tools, benchmarking, peer results and new / enhanced treasury management products to identify portfolio sales opportunities.
Actively participate in trainings to improve knowledge of products and how clients utilize services.

Relationship building Make an impact in your community and show clients theyre appreciated by engaging in marketing and outreach activities. Provide continued partnership and support to your clients through understanding their goals and objectives.
Business development – Support mangers in developing new client relationships through business development activities by leveraging referral sources, existing clients and centers of influence. Identify potential sales and/or service improvement opportunities.
Teamwork – Work with your team and other internal partners to connect clients with opportunities. Provide guidance on treasury best practices and cash management solutions to meet your clients needs.
Deliver Solutions – Proactively assess your clients cash management needs, conduct financial statement reviews and assist managers in proposing solutions to meet those needs. Assess assigned accounts in the pre/post sales cycle, and provide relevant data to the sales team to support account reviews and assist in pricing negotiations. Conduct industry and client research to contribute to the development of cash management proposals, presentations and pricing strategies.
