Treasury Management Representative — Western Washington

Position Purpose:

The Treasury Management Representative position is a service and administrative position within the treasury department. This position will support the Treasury Management Officer with new and existing clients as well as develop new opportunities and processes within the department. Customer service and deepening new and existing client relationships with products and services will be an instrumental part of this position.

Essential Functions:

• Participate in Treasury calls with new clients and gather cash management information from new and existing clients.
• Support the Treasury Management Officer in service requests and issues for business clients.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients into business online banking, check scanner installs and other cash management products.
• Prepare Cash Management and Accounts Paperwork for new and existing clients.
• Open new deposit accounts for new and existing clients.
• Perform account statement reviews and coordinate account builds with Operations team.
• Perform ACH and RDC annual audits by department request.
• Perform normal customer service contact with businesses for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2-4 years in an advanced banking role or cash management role required, 5 years with cash management experience preferred.
• Minimum: High school diploma or certified equivalency. Some college coursework highly preferred.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, along with the ability to demonstrate and maintain a professional, outgoing, and pleasant demeanor at all times.
• Effective listening skills and willingness to appropriately probe for information needed to successfully meet the needs of the customer within applicable bank policies and practices
• Effective time management skills, along with the ability to multi-task and consistently follow up in a timely and effective manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
• Ability to navigate quickly and effectively through change.
• Strong mathematical and computational skills.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Valid Washington State Drivers license required.
• Candidate must be able to work outside normal business hours when appropriate.

Physical Requirements:

The work requires the ability to operate office machines and equipment, such as personal computers, printers, copying machines and telephones. The work requires the ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and others in person and on telephones. Work activities involve combinations of sitting/standing for extended periods.
